1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from fulfillment centers located within the United States to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.
2. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available yet.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

8. What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@ropink.com.
We will work with the carrier to assist you.
9. Are your products safe for sensitive scalps?
Yes. Our formulas are designed to be gentle and scalp-friendly, free from harsh ingredients such as parabens, silicones, alcohol, and heavy metals.
However, we recommend performing a patch test before first use, especially if you have highly sensitive skin.
10. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Ropink products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, with no animal-derived ingredients.
11. Are your products suitable for daily use?
Yes. Our shampoos and scalp care products are formulated for daily or regular use, depending on individual needs.
12. Do your products treat medical scalp conditions?
Our products are designed for cosmetic scalp care and dandruff management.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
