Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used hair care products.


How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos or additional information to help resolve the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
