Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

We partner with reliable U.S. carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on your location and shipping method.


Shipping Delays

Ropink is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Ropink is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us at service@ropink.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist with a resolution.


Returned-to-Sender Shipments

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may be eligible for reshipment or refund, minus any shipping fees incurred.
